Instead of reliving events, SE helps the nervous system complete interrupted stress responses, allowing the body to safely release tension and return to a state of regulation. It’s an approach rooted in the understanding that healing begins in the body.
How SE Works
SE is personalized to meet each individual where they are. Sessions may include:
Gentle movement or guided awareness of bodily sensations
